The Minx foil nail trend started 4 years ago and it’s still going strong- Now it’s more design oriented with reverse foil french. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! These nail trends require time and maintenance. 
It takes “TIME” no matter how you look at it to look properly “maintained.” For some reason when i’m meeting someone new my eyes automatically gravitate to their fingers and toes. Chipped/ outgrown manicures definitely send me a signal and it’s not a good one. If you busy life doesn’t allow you to schedule in regular manicures pedicures use your common sense and apply colors that are sheer and don’t scream “I’m Overdue.”

I’m feeling like we are gravitating more toward nail trends and designs. Going retro- Back into the 80′s where it seamed everyone had a french manicure with a thin gold stripe. It was always a bit more popular in the burbs and boroughs then it ever was in the cities. Do you think the movie Working Girl with Melanie Griffith had anything to do with that?
